Hook and Loop
Hook (rough side) and Loop (smooth side) is made from nylon, or polyester, or a mix of both. These are synthetic materials and can be used indoor or outdoor. The one side has tiny hooks and the other, tiny loops and when pressed together form a bond between the two.

SPECIFICATIONS
- Polyester is designed to be used for outdoor products with fewer opening and closing requirements and is more UV (ultra viotet) resistant than other qualities. The 60/40 mix and the 100% nylon are designed for more frequent opening and closings and more suited to clothing/shoes and tents. These products are also softer to the touch than that of polyester.
- Fire retardant hook and loop is treated and can be used in motor vehicles, or garments that require fire retardant properties.
- Adhesive hook and loop will work on clean and smooth surfaces and should be used on areas where there is no dust, old paint or varnish as this will impact on the adhesive qualities of the product.
- All above products are supplied in rolls of 25 meters

PRODUCT CARE
- Keep product away from dust/debris/loose threads and sand as this clogs either the hooks or the loops and weakens it’s closing ability.
- Always wash to the temperature indicated on the wash care of the item that the hook and loop is attached to.
- Never use a hot iron directly onto the hook or loop.
- When cleaning, use a tooth brush/soft bristled brush and/or lint roller to remove excess debris from the hooks or the loops.
- Always try and close the hook and loop before being placed into a washing machine.
- Regular domestic washing detergents can be used.
- Never exceed the indicated washing temperature as this will reduce the life of the product.
